Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us by email, phone or the chat on this website: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your project. We use them only to reply, prepare a quote and carry out the work.
Live chat: the EnuChat widget loads on every page. It stores a visitor and conversation identifier in your browser and, while a page is open, tells EnuChat which page you are on, your device type, screen width and language, so that we can see when someone may need help. Messages you send through the chat, and any contact details you choose to give there, are processed by EnuChat on our behalf so that we can answer you.
Server logs: like every website, our servers record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and working, and delete it after a limited period.

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics tracking.

Photographs in virtual tours

Tours are photographed with the agreement of the owner or manager of the place, normally when it is empty. If you believe you can be identified in one of our panoramas and would like it blurred or removed, email us and we will deal with it promptly.

Google services

Some pages can show Google Maps and Google Street View. These are loaded only when you choose to start them; Google then processes data under its own privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact details and chat messages to answer your enquiry and to perform a contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and keep them for as long as needed for the project and our legal and accounting obligations.
